Veterans’ Restoration Food Service

When:  Wednesday, February 14, 2018, 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Where:  ABCCM Veterans Restoration Quarters, 1329 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC 28805 (map)
Description:  BCDP has elected to help prep and serve food every second Wednesday. Three to five volunteers are needed each shift (we have 3 “regulars”). The residents and staff are very appreciative and the volunteers find the time spent very rewarding.

BCDP Monthly Meeting

Description:  Buncombe County Democratic Party officers will meet at BCDP HQ to discuss the past month and plans for the coming month. We’ll hear updates from auxiliaries, reports from each member of our executive board, and discuss the state of the party. We will also recap precinct meetings and prepare for the county convention in March! No quorum is required for this meeting and it is open to all.

District 11 Training Session for Buncombe

Description: District 11 is conducting a series of training sessions around the county, perfect for any precinct officer who would like to learn more about organizing.  The morning session will include a Precinct 101 training, along with a workshop on being an effective listener. In the afternoon, choose from either Votebuilder, Canvassing, or Phone Banking breakout sessions!
